Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Enjoy reliable delivery across the USA with our standard shipping option. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Need your products sooner? Opt for express shipping, and receive your order within 1-3 business days.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5 applies.
  • Express Shipping: A flat rate of $15 applies to all express shipping orders.

International Shipping

At this time, we are focusing on the USA market only. Stay tuned for updates as we expand to international shipping in the near future.


Returns & Refunds

At EntaFlex, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, our hassle-free return policy makes it easy to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

  • You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any opened or used products are not eligible for a refund due to health and safety regulations.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@entaflex.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the returned product. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
